NOTICE TO DEALERS

We seek to establish an IFC products dealer supply chain and encourage enquires from businesses involved with the BIM process irrespective of the CAD system promoted by your company.

 

THE PRACTICALITIES

Most of the software applications we provide may be downloaded for free trail periods. However, we do recommend that prior to doing this customers and dealers contact us to arrange a professional demonstration. We are experienced in conducting presentations over the internet using Go-To-Meeting. These usually take less than an hour and are conducted from our office and delivered live to you and your clients desktop.

 

CONDUCTING DEMONSTRATIONS

The procedure is simple; we will email you a URL link and issue a telephone number and authorisation code. Once logged in at an agreed time, you will be able to view a live and tailored presentation followed by a product demonstration. Questions may be asked or fielded throughout the process and at the end of the demonstration we will send you appropriate resources so that when you do run the demo software it is as relevant as possible to the work your organisation undertakes.

 

DEALER MARGINS

We run a two tiered dealer program. Non authorised dealers receive margins for introducing sales where we have supported the technical sales process. Authorised resellers receive full dealer margins provided they purchase a dealer pack which will include a not-for-resale dealer copy plus a commercial copy for sale. In addition we will ask authorised dealers to attend a day’s intensive product induction course (free of charge) at our offices.

 

PRODUCT SUPPORT
As distributors we provide a comprehensive 'resources pack' which includes everything required to sell, promote and support the product. We recognise there is a learning curve and will provide full support to your organisation throughout this process. However, we do expect that dealers will be able to provide front-line support after three months.

 

TRAINING

We provide training courses for all our products which may be held at our offices in S.E. London or on site at client’s premises. Authorised dealers will receive a 15% margin for selling training courses, prior to being able to conduct them in-house.

 

TECHNICAL SUPPORT

We offer full technical support for all our products which is further backed up through our suppliers. First line technical support is via email, and Skype and then by telephone. Software fixes, new releases and relevant technical information will be emailed to all registered users.

 

PROJECT SERVICES

We are experienced in providing 3D model building services to BIM projects including 3D and 4D visualisations, bid tenders, model checking and energy analysis. We provide margins to dealers that introduce us to project work. For more information visist www.3dmodelbuilding.com
