DEMONSTRATIONS
Most of the software applications we provide may be downloaded for free trail periods. However, we recommend that prior to doing this customers and dealers contact us to arrange a professional demonstration. These may be conducted over the internet using Go-To-Meeting. Demo's usually last less than an hour and are delived online live to your desktop. The procedure is simple; we will email you a URL link and issue a telephone number and authorisation code. Once logged in at an agreed time, you will be able to view a live and tailored presentation followed by a product demonstration. Questions may be asked or fielded throughout the process and at the end of the demonstration we will send you appropriate resources so that when you do run the demo software it is as relevant as possible to the work your organisation undertakes.
SUPPORT SERVICES
As distributors we provide full training and support for all our products. Where maintenance contracts have been purchased, technical support is included at no extra charge.
