SUPPORT SERVICES

As distributors we provide full training and support for all our products. Where maintenance contracts have been purchased, technical support is included at no extra charge. If maintenance has not been purchased, then technical support will be charged in accordance with our published price list. Contact support services for more information.

 

 

TRAINING

We provide training courses for all our products which may be held at our offices in S.E. London or on site at our client’s premises. Training is normally held over one day.

 

 

TECHNICAL SUPPORT

We offer full technical support for all our products which is further backed up through our suppliers. First line technical support is via email, and Skype and then by telephone. Software fixes, new releases and relevant technical information will be emailed to all registered users with maintenance contracts.

 

 

PROJECT SERVICES
